Fulfilling a New Year’s resolution for most people is extremely ineffective. Most people only follow through with their New Year’s resolution for a short amount of time which is why it is pointless for most to have one in the first place. Many people make a resolution to workout and be healthy which makes workout places very crowded in January. Last year when my Grandma frequently went to the Liberty Community Center, she noticed that their workout gym was less crowded at the beginning of February, than it was at the beginning of January. The absence of people is a big indication that several gave up on their New Year’s Resolution. Although it might be a fun tradition to create a New Year’s resolution at the beginning of a new year, it is not worth the time and money somebody will spend if they are not going to follow through with it.
