Luigi’s Italian Restaurant Review

Anytime a new business enters the heart and soul of our beloved Liberty Square, a new wave of customers and attention tags along with it. Strolling down the pavement to the newest addition of eccentric restaurants and loft spaces, Luigi’s Italian Restaurant is placed perfectly for our enjoyment.

Upon walking in, you are greeted, then seated immediately. The wait staff is kind and patient; Letting you take your time throughout your entire meal, never once making you feel rushed. The servers are attentive, yet give you a respectable amount of privacy. Even the owner and/or manager will come over to introduce himself and help accommodate to anything you need!

The bread and olive oil tastes authentic, but not overpowering (this was probably my favorite part of the meal considering we ordered an extra loaf). The several pastas I tried were steaming and served timely; Although probably not as good as the bread (seriously. This bread and oil is amazing).

The atmosphere can feel awkward if the restaurant is not busy, making you feel like you can’t make noise above a very hushed voice. Although in comparison to other Italian restaurants, the food could’ve been a tad better, the pricing is relatively agreeable since everything is in-house made.

Overall, I would give Luigi’s Italian Restaurant an 8 out of 10 stars for it’s attentive wait staff, authentic food and friendly environment. I would certainly go back and more than recommend this to all customers of any age and style. Support our local Liberty Square and bring friends and family to a fun and delicious Italian meal at Luigi’s Italian Restaurant!
