The road to the Super Bowl is in route!  The Seattle Seahawks look to defend their championship title while the New England Patriots look to their veteran Hall of Famer to redeem their place on top.  The Seahawks clung to their home field and took advantage of it pushing the game into overtime and topping the Packers with an incredible come from behind second half.  The Patriots as well held home field advantage and had no trouble coming out with a win.  They crushed the Indianapolis Colts and looked to be in complete control the whole game.

This matchup will take place on Sunday February first in Glendale Arizona.  However, more is to the story than that.  The New England Patriots are under some heavy media fire now due to the lack of air in their football’s against the Colts.  The Patriot’s deflated their footballs before the game and were used in the AFC Championship game.  This increased the grip for Tom Brady and wide receivers making it easier to throw and catch.  Now the league is determining what to do about this so called ‘cheating’ by the Patriots.  When coach Bill Belichick was asked at the press conference, he denied any acknowledgment of the footballs and had nothing to do with it.  But more will be decided with time and likely no final decisions will be made until after the Superbowl.
