If you are in the mood for a movie with a little song and dance, paired with actors and actresses who are as talented as they are hilarious, then you should go see Pitch Perfect.  This movie is a well-rounded comedy with amazing a cappella singing. Students are saying that it is one of the funniest and best a cappella movies they have ever seen.

Pitch Perfect came out on Friday October 5, 2012. This movie stars Anna Kendrick as Beca, Skylar Astin as Jesse, Brittany Snow as Chloe, Anna Camp as Aubrey and Rebel Wilson as Fat Amy. Pitch Perfect is about a girl named Beca who is starting her first year of college.  She just cannot seem to find a club that is right for her. But somehow she finds herself in a club she would rather not be in, an a cappella group called the Bellas. They take part in college a cappella competitions where they have to compete against an all boy group The Treblemakers. So far, the film has been liked by most critics and students here at Liberty North.

“I think that Pitch Perfect is a really funny movie. I could not stop laughing at Rebel Wilson” sophomore Lexi St. John said.

Rebel Wilson really puts Pitch Perfect over the edge. She is a good actress, hilarious and has amazing voice. The audience will always be laughing at Wilson in this movie.

“I think the movie Pitch Perfect was a really good movie. All the actors and actresses did a really good job and were really funny. I could not stop laughing” sophomore Maddie Dye said.

If students are looking for a movie that has comedy, a cappella singing, and a little bit of romance, then they should go see Pitch Perfect.
