Fuji Restaurant Review

Located on 2031 W Kansas Street in Liberty, by B&B Theater, is Fuji Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar. With sushi, fried rice, and other Japanese specialties adorning the menu, this Liberty restaurant is becoming an increasingly popular spot for many. In my opinion, I definitely like Fuji. I enjoy the atmosphere and especially the food. I have gone to this restaurant multiple times, and the food never ceases to impress me. I had never had real sushi prior to my first trip there, and it quickly became one of my favorite foods. I was hesitant to try sushi after hearing that it was ‘raw fish’ and other things, but there are actually a large variety of options when it comes to sushi. You can get a California roll, which has cucumber, crab, avocado and white rice. There are also avocado rolls, alaskan rolls, Philadelphia rolls, Kansas rolls, and many other options. Along with sushi, there is also Tako, which is octopus, Ika, which is squid, and of course, traditional fried rice with your choice of chicken, steak, or shrimp. All in all, Fuji is a very good Japanese steakhouse with quality food and service. If anyone is looking for a good restaurant for traditional Japanese food and sushi that is close to home, Fuji is definitely the choice.
