Easy German Sauerkraut and Pork Ribs

Let’s face it; other than an occasional pleasant day, the weather is cold. It seems to only be getting colder. I don’t think I’m the only one that is getting sick of the same, lame, “winter recipes”. So, if you are looking for something easy and unique for dinner that can still keep you warm inside, this is the perfect recipe for you.

Ingredients:

-3 lbs. Pork Spare Ribs

-2- 32 oz. jars of Sauerkraut

-Salt (To Taste)

-Pepper (To Taste)

-Minced Garlic (To Taste)

-Onion Powder (To Taste)

Directions:

Put the Pork Spare Ribs in the bottom of a Crock Pot. Add all salt, pepper, minced garlic, and onion powder. Cover with both jars of sauerkraut. Next, cook in Crock Pot on high for six hours, or until meat falls off of the bone. Lastly, enjoy  with boiled potatoes and carrots for a nice, warm dinner!
