Every Wednesday night ,a class half way across the globe gathers around the computer to get the chance to talk to other high school students. Those other students would be a small group here at Liberty North. In this club the students at Feng Hsin Senior High School write essays every week that Liberty North students edit and then, over Skype, tell them their corrections.

  It seems like a lot of people don’t realize Liberty North offers this program , but it is really neat experience.

“I would encourage EVERYONE to at least try it to see how rewarding it is. If we had more students participating, we could help more Taiwanese and Chinese students and make even more friends from around the world” club sponsor Mrs.Martin said.

  The students over in Taiwan seem to get excited when the Liberty North students’ faces show up on their screen.

“ It is fun to see how happy they are to see and talk with us and how we enjoy finding things in common, just as they do. The Taiwanese students seem so happy and grateful for us to talk with them to improve their English” Martin said.
