The Eagles kept the undefeated streak rolling last night against the Park Hill Trojans Winning 42-3. The Eagles opened the game with a rushing touchdown from 10 yards out by Cayden Arzola and followed up with the point after from Braden Craig to put the Eagles in front 7-0 with 8:40 still left in the first quarter. The Eagles then made a huge goal line stand holding the Trojans to just a field goal bringing the game to 7-3 with 3:12 left in the first quarter. On their second offensive drive the Eagles scored their second touchdown with 11:00min left in the 2nd quarter with a rushing touchdown from Freddie Lavan from 5 yards out to put the score at 14-3. After forcing the Trojans to punt the Eagles marched down the field and Elijah Leonard scored a rushing touchdown on the quarterback keep to put the eagles up 21-3 with 6:24 left in the 2nd quarter. After being put in mid second quarter Sam Van Dyne connected with Freddie Lavan for a passing touchdown, Lavan’s second touchdown of the night to put the Eagles up 28-3 with just two minutes to halftime.The Eagles defense came up big, forcing the Trojans to punt at midfield and the Eagles capitalized. Cayden Arzola scored his second rushing touchdown of the night with a huge push from the offensive line on the goal line to put the Eagles up 35-3 with 33 seconds to halftime. The Eagles came back from halftime and kept their foot on the gas, Sam Van Dyne connected with Tate McGuire for a passing touchdown to put the Eagles up 42-3 to end the game. Great Job Eagles.
