Winter has Arrived

As December rolls in, so does the cold. Liberty North students are doing everything they can to stay warm during these cold December days. Some bring blankets to school and some just bundle up to get through the school day.

“To stay warm I usually just dress really warm and stay inside. If I don’t have to go outside then I don’t because I absolutely hate the cold weather,” junior Mia Pirrello said.

Many students believe that the school is way too cold in some areas and it’s hard to get work done. The school is cold in some places and hot in some places and that make it hard figuring out what to wear.

“I never know if I should wear a coat or not to school because the temperature changes in every room your in. It’s even more cold on Mondays because the heater has been off the whole weekend. Personally, I do not like the cold so I wish it was a little warmer,” sophomore Olivia Daugherty said.

Not all LNHS students hate the cold, some absolutely love it. When the seasons start changing and the temperature gets colder, many people get excited.

“I really don’t mind the cold at all. All you have to do is dress warm and you will be perfectly fine. I just really hope it snows soon because it’s easier to be in the cold when there’s snow,” junior Jake Gibson said.
